Welcome to Freed by Faith. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of freedbyfaith.net, related Freed by Faith webpages, programs, coaching services, webinars, events, resources, digital materials, and other services offered by Freed by Faith (“Freed by Faith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing a product or service, participating in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT FREED BY FAITH

Freed by Faith provides faith-based education, coaching, community, resources, programs, and support related to eating disorder recovery, personal growth, faith, and whole-person wellness.

Our services are designed to complement, not replace, appropriate professional care.

2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT

Freed by Faith does not provide medical, nutritional, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare treatment through its website, educational programs, webinars, or coaching services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information provided through Freed by Faith, including Whole in Him, Nourished by Faith, coaching, webinars, programs, resources, emails, videos, social media, and other materials, is provided for educational and faith-based support purposes only.

Nothing provided by Freed by Faith should be interpreted as:

  • Medical advice or diagnosis

  • Mental health treatment or psychotherapy

  • Nutritional or dietetic treatment

  • A substitute for an eating disorder treatment team

  • A substitute for professional medical, nutritional, psychological, or psychiatric care

  • Emergency or crisis services

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional care for your individual circumstances.

If you are currently struggling with an eating disorder or another physical or mental health condition, you should seek support from qualified healthcare professionals.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Every person's recovery journey and circumstances are different.

Freed by Faith does not guarantee that participation in a program, coaching relationship, webinar, event, community, or other service will produce any particular physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, recovery, or other outcome.

Testimonials and personal stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will experience the same results.

Your results depend on numerous factors outside Freed by Faith's control.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to purchase or participate in our services.

Certain programs or services may have additional eligibility requirements.

If a participant is under the age of majority applicable to them, participation may require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to determine whether a particular program or service is appropriate for an individual and may recommend that an individual seek a different level or type of professional support.

5. PROGRAMS, COACHING, EVENTS, AND SERVICES

Freed by Faith may offer services including:

  • Individual coaching

  • Group programs and mentorship

  • Nourished by Faith

  • Whole in Him

  • Webinars and online events

  • Faith-based recovery education

  • Community experiences

  • Workshops

  • Digital resources

  • Educational materials

  • Products and other offerings

Specific services may be governed by additional enrollment agreements, informed-consent documents, payment terms, community guidelines, or other terms.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a signed agreement governing a specific paid service, the specific agreement will control with respect to that service.

6. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By using Freed by Faith services, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, safety, and wellbeing.

You agree not to disregard or delay professional medical or mental health advice because of information obtained through Freed by Faith.

Participation in a Freed by Faith program does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, dietitian-patient, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes such a relationship.

7. PAYMENTS

When you purchase a paid offering, you agree to pay the price and any applicable charges disclosed at the time of purchase.

Depending on the offering, payment may be required as a one-time payment or according to an agreed payment plan.

You authorize our applicable third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms presented at checkout.

Additional payment terms may apply to particular coaching programs or services and will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable agreement.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation terms may differ depending on the product, program, event, or service purchased.

The refund policy presented at checkout, on the applicable sales page, or in a separate service agreement governs that purchase.

Free registrations, including free webinar registrations, have no purchase price and therefore are not eligible for a monetary refund.

For paid programs governed by a separate agreement, the cancellation and refund provisions of that agreement will control.

9. FREE EVENTS AND REGISTRATIONS

Registering for a free webinar, event, resource, or other free offering does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, recordings, replays, bonuses, or future access unless specifically stated on the applicable registration page.

We may modify, reschedule, cancel, or discontinue a free event or offering when reasonably necessary.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided by Freed by Faith is owned by or licensed to Freed by Faith and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This may include:

  • Program materials

  • Videos and recordings

  • Workbooks

  • Worksheets

  • Training materials

  • Frameworks and methodologies

  • Written content

  • Website copy

  • Graphics

  • Logos and branding

  • Presentations

  • Downloads

  • Emails

  • Audio recordings

  • Course materials

Your purchase or participation grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your own personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, teach from, modify for commercial purposes, or otherwise exploit Freed by Faith materials without prior written permission.

11. RECORDINGS AND REPLAYS

Certain webinars, coaching sessions, group calls, workshops, or events may be recorded.

When participant audio, video, name, image, testimony, or other identifiable information may be included in a recording intended for distribution beyond the original participants, any applicable notice or consent requirements will be addressed separately.

Access to a replay does not transfer ownership of the recording.

Replay access is for the authorized recipient's personal use and may not be copied, redistributed, publicly displayed, sold, or shared unless we expressly authorize it.

12. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

When participating in a Freed by Faith group, event, program, call, or community, you agree to interact respectfully with other participants.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse another participant

  • Discriminate against others

  • Deliberately disrupt the community

  • Share another participant's private information without permission

  • Record private conversations without authorization

  • Use the community primarily to solicit or market unrelated products or services

  • Engage in conduct that threatens the safety or wellbeing of participants

Because recovery conversations can involve sensitive personal information, participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

We reserve the right to remove someone from a community or program for serious or repeated violations of these expectations, subject to any applicable agreement governing the service.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY IN GROUP SETTINGS

Freed by Faith encourages participants to treat information shared by other members of a group or community as confidential.

However, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

You should use discretion when sharing sensitive personal information in any group environment.

14. USER SUBMISSIONS AND TESTIMONIALS

If you voluntarily submit feedback, comments, reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other materials, we will not use your identifiable personal story for promotional purposes beyond the permissions you have granted.

Any separate testimonial, photo, video, or publicity release you agree to will govern our use of that material.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website and programs may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, video platforms, scheduling systems, social media platforms, email services, and other websites.

Freed by Faith does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

16. FACEBOOK AND OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS

Freed by Faith may advertise or promote its programs through Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms.

This website is not a part of the Facebook website or Facebook Inc. Additionally, this website is not endorsed by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Facebook, Inc.

References to third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We work to maintain our website and services, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or particular offerings when reasonably necessary.

18. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Infringe another person's rights

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms will be revised.

Any additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in a specific coaching or program agreement will govern disputes arising under that agreement.
