REDEEMED DAUGHTER

A Christ-centered space for women with eating disorders who are tired of pretending, who want to encounter God's love, hear a story of true healing, and finally be in a room full of other women, on the same journey, who get it.

Black and white photo of a woman smiling with closed eyes, standing outdoors under tree branches with leaves. She is wearing a sleeveless dress, a necklace, and bracelets on her wrist. The background shows a park or open space with some pathways and blurred trees.

WHY REDEEMED DAUGHTER?

Because I get it and I've been in your shoes - I know what it feels like to feel hopeless, like recovery isn’t possible, and like no one truly understands and sees you.

My goal is is simple: that every woman who walks through the door leaves feeling seen, valued, and reminded of who she is in Christ.

As someone who has personally walked through an eating disorder and now lives in freedom, I know both the challenges and the hope that exist within the recovery journey. While every woman’s path is unique, Redeemed Daughter was created to offer a space where you can be encouraged, supported, and reminded that you are not alone.

You aren't meant to merely survive. You are made for more.

You were created to live as a redeemed daughter, grounded in truth, secure in your identity, and free to walk forward with hope.

Whether you are early in your recovery journey or have been walking it for years, my prayer is that you leave encouraged, equipped, and reminded that you do not have to walk this road alone.
