Nourished By Faith is a 13-week virtual small group created for Christian women struggling with eating disorders, shame, and the daily mental battle around food and body image. This experience offers a safe, grace-filled space to heal in community while anchoring your identity in Christ.
Each week includes Scripture-based teaching, guided reflection and discussion, individual assignments, and prayer with built-in accountability. Designed to gently challenge perfectionism and replace fear with truth, Nourished By Faith helps you move toward sustainable recovery - one faithful step at a time.
God Glow Girl
God Glow Girl is a 6-month virtual 1:1 coaching experience for women who feel like they’ve lost hope of ever finding freedom from their eating disorder. If you’ve tried programs before and still feel stuck, this is a deeper, personalized path forward.
Through a comprehensive wellness assessment, curated healing plan, practical tools and assignments, and direct access to Elyse, you receive individualized support tailored to your story. God Glow Girl blends clinical wisdom with biblical truth to help you rebuild trust with your body, your mind, and God - with consistent guidance every step of the way.
