THE FREED
BY FAITH METHOD
The Freed by Faith Method is a Christ-centered framework for whole-person healing and recovery.
It helps women move from cycles of overwhelm and instability into grounded, sustainable freedom by addressing emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical healing under God.
True healing is not only behavior change. It is whole-person restoration and the development of a stable, integrated life with God at the center.
THE ORIGIN OF THE FREED BY FAITH METHOD:
The Freed by Faith Method was born out of my own recovery journey.
There was a time when I believed true freedom was not possible for me. I focused heavily on behavior change and physical recovery, yet internally I remained stuck in cycles of obsession, control, and frustration.
Even as external progress happened, I still felt internally trapped.
Over time, I began to realize that addressing only the physical and behavioral aspects of recovery was not enough to create lasting freedom.
Real change began when I started learning how to bring my whole self emotionally, spiritually, intellectually, and physically into relationship with God.
That integration is what led to stability and true freedom, and later became the foundation of the Freed by Faith Method.
The foundation of this method is wholeness and integration.
When one area of a person’s life is unsupported, healing can feel unstable and inconsistent. But when emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and physical health begin to align under God, stability becomes possible and over time, so does freedom.
These areas are not separate systems, but interconnected parts of the human experience that continuously influence one another.
THE FOUR PILLARS:
Emotional Healing:
Learning to bring anxiety, fear, and overwhelm to God instead of carrying them alone.
This pillar develops emotional awareness, regulation, and the ability to stay present with emotions without numbing, avoiding, or abandoning yourself.
It also emphasizes honest connection with God and safe support systems.
Philippians 4:6–7
Spiritual Healing:
Identity restoration and the release of shame-based thinking.
This involves letting go of condemnation, bitterness, and self-judgment, and learning to receive truth about identity, worth, and forgiveness in Christ.
This pillar centers on alignment with God’s truth and rebuilding internal identity.
Ephesians 4:31–32
Intellectual Healing:
Renewing thought patterns and developing awareness of internal thinking processes.
This includes learning to pause, observe thoughts without immediate reaction, and replace distortion with truth.
It also involves engaging the mind in life-giving ways such as learning, curiosity, creativity, and reflection.
James 1:19–20
Physical Healing:
Caring for and stabilizing the body through nourishment, rest, and nervous system support.
This pillar is rooted in stewardship rather than punishment or control.
It recognizes the body as part of the healing process not something to fight against, but something to care for with consistency and compassion.
Jeremiah 30:17
